Qatar
Doha, QFC, QFZA & mainland. One partner for licensing and operations
The Qatar decision is really a choice between three doors. The Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) gives 100% foreign ownership under an English-law framework and suits professional services and consultancies; it is where we place most Doha clients. The Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZA) zones at Ras Bufontas and Umm Al Houl work for logistics, tech and industrial projects that want the airport or the port. Mainland registration through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry still involves a Qatari partner for some activities, which is exactly why we check your activity before recommending it. We handle the incorporation, trade licence, QID and visa processing, and the banking introductions, working with local registered agents where the route requires one.
